One Great Ride - Very nice staff, both the driver and the team that loaded up the but answered questions about the coming journey. Comfortable buses and great communication via an LCD screen.

Ace - Great experience this morning from High Wycombe to T5. Extremely friendly staff, mega clean coach and efficient journey. I was a little early to the coachway compared to the coach I had booked but they let me on no problem. The coach I was due to take looked like it was running a little behind, and the one I got on was 7 minutes past its due time, so I’d always leave a bit of wiggle room, though think that’s sensible anyway. Will use again!

Awsome drive. - Friendly and excellent driver, we still on the bus and finding the ride awesome. Bus is lovely and clean and comfortable. Will certainly do this again and tell friends about it.

Great bus, buy ticket from driver. - Efficient and clean service. Really handy to get from Heathrow to Oxford and would recommend. However, do NOT buy your ticket at the National Express desk at Heathrow - get it from the bus driver. My flexible return required me phoning National Express in advance of my return to book which bus I would be on, taking all the flexibility away - their phone system menus would not work and I think this is because I had dialled in from an international number, I ended up having to borrow someone else’s phone to get through their menu options. Also, I needed email access to get a pdf ticket for my return, nobody told me any of this when I bought the ticket. Not ideal if you do not have a UK sim.

Too expensive esp today - So expensive! It’s literally double the price of the train (with railcard) and takes longer. Never thought a bus would be so expensive.

Caution! HAZMAT Level 5 - The coach service is fine, but the toilet is DISGUSTING!!! So foul, rancid, dirty, unsanitary,— consider it a complete biological hazard to use the toilet! No running water, no hand sanitizer, no wipes, limited toilet paper, nothing to clean the seat. IF you need to use the toilet whilst on your journey, PLEASE schedule an appointment with your physician, family doctor, medical care clinic, medical professional as soon as you have returned home. It’s important that they run tests for a range of diseases you may have come in contact with. If you have the opportunity to visit the WC or toilet prior to boarding, wonderful— consider yourself lucky and well-prepared. Or, if you want to take extra precautions from using the on-board toilet, you might consider purchasing and wearing an incontinence product (adult diapers) — far better to soil yourself in a disposable rag than have to subject yourself to a HAZMAT Level 5 environment completely unprotected.

Worsening service for an ever increasing ticket cost - This service used to be great and run like clockwork. Now it’s shambles. Half of the drivers are rude. Today’s but to Gatwick was delayed, first by 30’ then turned into 40’. In the end a Heathrow bus arrived and I was forced to take that bus and was not allowed on the Gatwick bus. The Gatwick bus normally stops at Heathrow central first, whereas the Heathrow bus stops first at T5 and takes a further 20’ to reach central. So al in all it’s a full hour delay. It is lucky that I am aware of the state of this company and plan extra time, but it’s still wasted time in the cold. Unfortunately there is no competition on this route that would keep this company on their tows. As a very regular user, I have seen this compagne steadily decline in reliability and customer service. It’s such a shame.

Oxford to Gatwick Heathrow Terrible service! - Terrible service I’ve had to give a rating I would give zero, while waiting for the coach to arrive to take us to Heathrow stood in the rain at the Queens lane stop drenched along with other people, at 11:36pm on Sunday 29th October 2023 the coach driver had seen us and stopped but than looked in the rear mirror and had seen us with our thumbs to alert the driver instead drove off now having to wait an extra 2hrs to catch the next coach whilst thinking if we had made our flight on time, having used this service before, Very poor blatant rude behaviour from the driver, definitely needs investigating.

Prebooked, not enough seats - Prebooked only to have the bus turn up late and for them not to have enough seats for everyone. Drivers customer service in response to this situation was below par
