Awesome Tower - Seeing Paris from the Eiffel Tower is phenomenal. I had seen the tower in a bus ride 52 years ago, but actually going up in it finished the visit for me.

Double the price pre booking - The cost of this pre booked tour was £168. The standard entry price is around €75. This is based on 2 x adults and 1 x youth. I cannot see what the benefit of the tour was to justify this price. We didn’t jump the queue and in actual fact ended up queuing longer to sort out our booking with the agent first. It would have been quicker to go straight to the general entrance first. I’m still not really sure what we paid for.

Just buy your own ticket. - The guide was very nice, but paying to hear a few extra facts while waiting in line was not worth the money. We could have bought our own tickets and enjoyed Eiffel Tower just the same.

Worst tour ever - Awful. Tour guide was to have already had our tickets. They required for us to wait in line for hours to buy tickets. Didn’t need a tour guide to stand in line with us, we needed somebody to get the tickets prior to our arrival. We didn’t get tickets as we didn’t have time to wait and they refused to refund our money for tickets that they did NOT purchase. Will never use Viator again as they are not customer friendly and will not refund if the tour group doesn’t approve.

Pointless to buy this ticket - Scam! No tickets, young girl pretending to be a guide, joined the long queue as anyone else. Paid 4 times the actual ticket price.

SCAM ALERT! - So, take it from a lazy traveller! No need, absolutely no need to book these tickets. It is a SCAM.
-They don’t respond!
-You meet them much ahead of the scheduled entry time and wait for 40 mins!
-You are then put in a big group with a so called guide - Mimi was all about Drama (talked about herself with some shallow advice to couples) no knowledge, no tickets, queued with the normal public that was queuing to buy a ticket.
-You can buy a full ticket that takes you to the summit for €27. We paid £72 each!
-You then queue again with normal public to get into the lift. You then make your own way to the second floor only (first floor not allowed even though our ticket said all floors).
-You then make your own way to the summit after a very long queue.
-Moral of the story - queue yourself and get tickets that are much cheaper and avoid makeshift guides.
In fact you are better off seeing the tower from outside than inside. It takes up half your day with super long queues.
Avoid this company at all costs.
