enjoyable, good value activity - Spectacular views, and the Kayaking was great fun. Ocean4 fun crew and staff were helpful and friendly. Our original booking was delayed because of the weather. (It would have been good to get an email or phone call in the morning to save a wasted journey but otherwise it everything was well organised.

Kayaking around Benagil Cave. - Great time kayaking in the Algarve. Tour operators were very professional and skilled. My wife and I loved it!

Ocean 4 fun kayak experience - The experience was amazing and our guide and our captains were amazing !!!!!! Really nice and the attention to details and make sure we are comfortable was spot on!!!!!

Enjoyable and fun - Had a fantastic time on this trip. Best of both worlds with a relatively quick speed, boat trip through the waves, and up to and entering Bengali caves, then a quick blast up to our anchor point. Disembark into our sit on kayaks for our next adventure along the coast, checking out bays and caves along the way. Ben ( our guide ) took us into a couple of small caves, to have a look, and take photos. We then travelled along the cliffs until we met up with the boat again. Well worth the money.

Perfect - The excursion is very good, first you go by boat and then they let you go with the kayaks. The views are incredible and so are the guys in the activity, especially Ber who communicated great with us in Spanish.

Great kayak tour to Benagil caves! - Great overall experience on the afternoon tour. We left the marina on time and got to paddle around several caves and grottos. Really good exercise with a beautiful scenery along the beaches!

Good but too busy in high season - 5/5 for Ben and his team doing an excellent job however if you go during high season the cave is absolutely mobbed! It’s pure bedlam with 100+ people in the caves with kayaks piled up and strewn all over and then boats pull in and reverse out several at a time. Don’t be fooled by the picture! My advice would be if you absolutely want to see the cave in high season, there’s a beach around the corner where you can rent kayak/SUP and go as early as possible. Unfortunately the first tour offered here is 0900 which is just too late in the day to get ahead of the crowds and detracts from the experience somewhat.

Beautiful place that tour groups have made a chaotic experience. - The boat ride and views to the cave are extraordinary. Take a boat tour instead. We were first dismounted in water and had to wait for the other 9 kayaks to be dismounted to water. Same for getting in and out of cave, and to return to our boat. When entering the cave tour guide gave directions in front of the group and no one else was clear. About five other guides were in cave shouting directions so no one was sure what to do. Sheer chaos. High tides and hard to land with so many people and rough waves.It is not the quiet empty cave pictured. Maybe 70 people entering/leaving Cave. Tour boats also came in cave. It smelled like fuel for the whole ten minutes of our stay. It was more treading water and high waves and waiting to mount and dismount. Not the experience pictured.

Lack of communication - Unfortunately the trip had to be cancelled due to weather conditions which we recognise is not the fault of the company at all - however, there was absolutely no communication to let us know about the cancellation which resulted in the entire group travelling down to the meeting point early in the morning and then being let down. If this had even communicated earlier then there would have been no issues and alternative plans could have been made. Assistant on the desk was very professional and handled the situation well.
