Fantastic boat trip and transfers - We arranged to be picked up from our hotel Colina Village as transfers were incredibly included in the price. The boat was accessible for wheelchair users. The staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English. Carol was a wonderful guide on the boat and the trip took us into many caves! Benagil is particularly beautiful and there are lots of photo opportunities! Before the boat doubled back we were able to have a quick swim in the sea - we have three kids and the youngest wanted to come in too so was allowed to jump in with their life vest on (I’d suggest not to attempt however if you’re not a strong/confident swimmer or fit as the sea was quite choppy with a bit of a swell meaning quite a high entry jump in and a tough climb back onboard! We also only had a minute in the water as for safety reasons the swim is limited to 5 at a time). Some on the boat were lucky enough to spot some dolphins on the way back (although I missed them!) never the less a really brilliant excursion cost was 155 euros (they only take cash but have an atm onsite) for the five of us as the kids price is only for under 1m20. But we felt this was good value for money and all had an excellent time.

Great few hours! - This was a brilliant few hours, booked with Maria at the kiosk by the river and she was great, very helpful. The trip itself was spectacular with lots of info provided and the boat goes right into and through some caves which the kids and adults really enjoyed. A great way to see the algarve coast. Highly recommend 👌

The service does not reflect what is sold. Poor in explanation, boat does not fit into the caves. - The music is at full risk of seeing dolphins. Boat too big to be agile enough. Too many people on the boat. I don't recommend this tour operator. He does not sell what he offers.

Not recommend - The entrance to the boats was a confusion, then the boat "broke" (was without fuel) and we had 40 minutes waiting in the sea for another boat , when the owner arrived was super badly educated to grit with everyone as if it was our fault and pushing to the other boat, people sick and unhappy ... the guide seems to be upset did not talk the rest of the route ... the arrival was scheduled for 11:30 and mesmp being broken 40 min arrivamps aa 11:30 ... something was missing ⁇ not an apology there was ... finally bad

Cat by leber!!! - Oh, bad! They sell "cat for leper." When we bought the tickets, vendor Marta told us we could swim inside the cave. We went on purpose to buy bikinis and trousers. In fact, it is not possible. We don't have time to take pictures because there are several boats from several companies on the spot and it's all in a hurry. Nothing recommended. Bad experience!

Bad experience! - We don't recommend it! We didn't get to take the tour, due to the company's poor organization, as well as making excuses and not even responding seriously to our questions. We booked the tour two weeks in advance, and it was supposed to start at 9am, asking the company to be at the boarding pier 15 minutes earlier. To make it short... at 9:05 am someone appeared at the kiosk without knowing anything, called someone else to see if they could “solve things out”, and then informed us that someone would arrive at 9:30 am. We waited until 9:30 am, but we were leaving at 10 am. It turns out that with so much confusion, we asked for the payment we had already made to be returned and left.
