Great experience - Since day one when I booked my transportation to Hilton Laromana, we were treated more than a VIP , the easy process of making the reservation was seem less and easy. The follow up from Francis was amazing. Cars back and forth were in a great condition, drivers were such amazing and offered us a cold drink once entered the car. Thank you Francis for your hospitality! We will keep booking with you.

5 star service transportation - Spent 9 days in DR, between 2 resorts on 2 coasts of this island. Francis did all the transportation for me and 20 other family members.The service we received from Francis was by far the best out of every Dominican we encountered during all 9 days. From the beginning, getting a quote, until drop off at the airport we had wonderful service, along with great conversations. Him, and his staff, are communicative, speak amazing english and just overall have their business running smooth. His vehicles are clean and updated. Always had cold drinks waiting for us. He was even able to coordinate an excursion for us. I am extremely picky and usually find flaws somewhere but not with this company. I highly highly recommend Francis.

Not a great experience - I had 2 groups of family needing pick up on same day, different times. First group 2 young adults. Driver was there with name sign, picked them up and stopped at a store and bought them 2 beers in a bag. We did not ask for them to stop and the girls were nervous. Delivered to hotel but not appropriate to stop when not scheduled. Second group arrived-driver no where to be found. Had 3 family members searching for our name plate. Called Francis several times. Told me to look behind the taxi line. Pouring rain. A local helped us find the guy and of course he wanted a tip. We waited at least 20 minutes in the rain wondering if we should take a cab with 5 people and lots of luggage. Finally the guy found us. Loaded black SUV. No water. No beer. We were upset. Terrible experience! Return trip to airport uneventful. Will not use this group again.
