Two Thumbs Up! - First time to see Pantheon. We had a wonderful guide. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I highly recommend tour.

Roll with Jose! - Roll with Jose - he’s the man! Casual to start off with (ie we started 1-2 hr after we thought we would) but Jose was dynamic and insightful.

Worth it. - I only pay to go to the phanteon and my guide took the whole group to see a couple churches more that expose Caravaggio paintings, and because I was wearing a sleeveless top I wasn’t allowed to go in, he immediately took his coat and let my use it. He spend more time with the group than we expected. His explanation was clear

Awesome tour guide - Our guide, Jose Reguera, was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject matter. It wa easy to get tix at the designated spot and enjoyed drinks at the neighboring restaurant as we waited for our start time

Great family tour experience - Jose was a wonderful guide. There was an event in the Pantheon, so we had to leave earlier than expected, but he made sure to show us very interesting things and allow us som time in the Pantheon before he took us to three other local churches that had amazing features, including stunning Caravaggio paintings!

Awful exprience - We purchased the above from Viator. The itinerary and confirmation clearly stated that ours was a 90min tour - with 30min about Piazza Navona and 1 hour for Pantheon. Viator had a 45 min tour of just Pantheon which was cheaper but we specifically purchased the 90min option. However our tour turned out to be only the 45mins Pantheon tour. When we asked the guide, she told us that the other tour was done in the mornings and not at our time. So Viator had charged us extra for an offering which was not available, and then refused to refund the extra later. The tour itself was sub par, the guide just stood in 1 spot inside the Pantheon and gave the information, skipping important aspects of the rest of the monument. In fact after the guided tour, we purchased audio guides from the venue and had a much more informative experience with that. Highly recommend that you do the same…or purchase the tour with some other company.

Afraid of being trampled by unruly crowd - I felt like I was a sardine in a can waiting outside the Pantheon is a sea of bodies. Our tour guide said she had no idea what was going on or why the lines were in disarray. I would not categorize this as a skip the line tour. We left before entering as I feared I would be trampled.
