Don't miss this in San Antonio - This trolley tour differed from other hop-on/hop-off experiences because the narration was from a real person instead of a tape. Our driver, John, was exceptional in that he is a San Antonio native, spoke passionately and articulately about his hometown, and was an excellent, safe, and polite driver. Antonio is a sprawling city with many neighborhoods and not particularly walkable outside downtown so this tour makes it possible to get a good overview of where one can return to later. Overall, it was an interesting and worthwhile experience. Highly recommend.

Touring San Antonio - Robert was our tour guide on the day we rode around San Antonio and he was really funny and very informative. My dad can't walk real well so, this was the PERFECT way for him to see the city and learn some history. I would highly recommend this tour! While we didn't get off on any stops, they had options for the BEST sights in the city.

Trip - Mo was very knowledgeable about San Antonio. Learned a lot about its history and culture. He gave us tips on restaurants to eat. Told us about the best times to visit landmarks in the area.

Great way to see the sites! - The driver was very informative. He spoke clearly and loud enough for me to hear and understand. The Hop on hop Off bus is a real great way to see San Antonio. I loved going out to the Botanical Gardens.

Mother’s Day gift - We are locals and went for a Mother’s Day gift. It was a fun way to enjoy the city. Robert was our favorite driver - he really engaged with the patrons. We liked hearing about the facts and history of the city and appreciate the joviality to keep us participating in the tour. I would suggest giving the patrons an app that tracks the trolleys so they arrive at the pick up on time. We missed 2 because they arrived early or didn’t stop because they didn’t see us.

Not worth the price - The best part was we didn't have to drive around. We did get a nice tour of the SA we wouldn't be able to get to like the older sections. The company had just gotten started and we were the first our hotel booked. I don't think she knew the price vs the value. The tour was longer than we would have liked to get to the stops we wanted like the Mercado, Alamo and such. Check the price differential if you want to go. The wait between pickups was long. We didn't get the most of the value or the price.

Think twice before booking! - Very overpriced for the travel experience. Bedding was below average, sheets & pillows were horrible quality. Air conditioning in the hotel was way too cold!!!! Air conditioning in rooms was shut off at night & rooms were way too hot! ^this is sold as a resort & spa but there was almost NO available appointments. Only 1 person working part time for facials. The adult pool was super-small & overcrowded. ***adults beware: this is really for families with kids but not a relaxing luxury resort for adults & not worth the price!

Confusing at best - The tour itself was great. However both the app and website are unclear and confusing. I waited an hour at a stop that apparently did not exist, even though customer support (which was obviously not based in SA) says it did. It felt like a waste of time. Apparently you HAVE to go to stop 1 to get on. That was also not stated anywhere. The website NEEDS an update.
