Exceptional Driver for Private Arrival Transfer: Beijing Airport (PEK or PKX) to Hotel - Our driver was amazing, he used the translator to translate in english. Our airline left our luggage in the UK when we arrived. The driver waited without any issues and was really helpful checking us into the hotel and help us to find a local shop to buy clothes. Highly recommend this driver. Thank you for all your help.

Fantastic Option - The pickup and transport worked perfectly. We were delayed because a piece of luggage was missing, but the driver waited very patiently for us and was there as soon as we came out of baggage claim. Well done!

Safe transportation, great driver - Our driver / guide was very nice and polite since we got to the airport all the way to the hotel. He told us about some of Beijing's history, recommended some good food to eat, and many more. Thanks to him we had a good introduction of what Beijing has to offer!

Just like clockwork! - My driver was there with my name and got me to my hotel in a very narrow alley. Excellent driver! Best investment ever! Don't try to navigate the taxi system - this is MUCH easier!

Arrival delay - There was a big delay getting through customs and it was 3 hours after the plane landed that we actually got through baggage collection. To our delight the driver was still there waiting for us.

As easy as it gets - We arrived 30 minutes earlier and got out of the airport extremely fast too. I thought our guide wouldn't be here but to my surprised he was there with a sign and my name on it. He took our bags and off we go into the garage, into his car, out of the airport, a 45 minutes drive, and to my hotel near Forbidden City. He dropped us off and qthat was it. We minus a star because his car smelled heavily of cigarettes and it felt like we were stuck in a vegas hotel for the entire trip. He also doesn't really understand English so we had to sign to turn the heat down. I didn't catch his name.... Other than that, as good as it gets!

Do not use this company! - This so called “transfer with meet and greet service” was a total letdown. We even called to confirm a day ahead and it all seemed okay but alas, no driver waiting with a name sign on arrival. Called the driver whose number we had been given the day before and he seemed to not even know about us. Endless back and forth via WeChat but in the end, he just stopped replying. Called the “office number” and were told to wait. Ages later, driver called and advised that it will be a further 20 minutes and asked us to meet him in the departures area rather, just like really dodgy Uber drivers tend to do. He arrived up at departures about an hour late and at first was very apologetic but then tried to peddle his sightseeing tours to us during the drive. Needless to say, they cost more than the usual trips here on Viator and these tours include “valuable shopping bargains at selected vendors” so a big no thanks from us. So in the end, no help with the luggage, no time savings (could have called a DiDi for a quarter of the price instantly) and no comfort benefit at all, topped off with a crooky hard sell on sightseeing trips. And we needed functioning data roaming and WeChat on our mobile anyway which luckily we had but good luck if you don’t have any of this and book this transfer in hope you’ll be safe! In the end at the hotel, he weirdly came with us and hang around reception for ages and we just wanted him to finally leave. So beware- this company consists of crooks and are definitely not worth your pretty penny.
