Cooking and preparing authentic Cambodian dishes from local fresh produce with the guidance of an experienced chef - Great experience to make and cook three Cambodian dishes Our Cooking guide was lovely and we got the chance to eat and share our creations We were able to adjust for my partner who does not eat coriander Local fish amok plus banana flower salad and finally a banana sago dessert Yum
