Amazing staff and food - Boat 23 provided amazing services doing with what they can to adjust the schedule due to current conditions at the time. The food was amazing served in great portions and variety. Advise about this is research the weather or check along the coast if there's a red flag it means the waves are choppy hence dangerous to explore.

Book this excursion!!!! - The girls and I absolutely loved the boat tour. Everything was so beautiful and the staff are beyond so helpful and nice. I would 1000% book again!!!

Sea sick but overall everything was awesome - The crew treated us very well, very attentive and kept the drinks coming , Even though the waves in the ocean were very strong which made A lot of ppl sea sick we all made the best of it . Other than a few ppl getting sea sick everything was wonderful . Ivan was the best . Also make sure you arrive at the meeting point on time because they won’t wait for long. We learned that the hard we actually arrived a few mins late so we had to actually drive to the Port ourselves . That was our fault . But I all ended up being great because we made it to scheduled trip on time to our sailing experience

Awesome experience! - Staff was great, very attentive and safe. The boat was great and clean. Overall the trip was a ton of fun and worth the price. The pick up and check in process was a bit confusing but ovreall 10/10.

Book this for an incredible time in Tulum! - Beautiful weather, easy check in, transportation was easy to find, and the experience was unmatched. Was a solo traveler and this was a great experience for all. 10/10 recommend

No French - I had asked for a guide who spoke French but we didn't get one. The guide only spoke English or Spanish. Otherwise very warm welcome and very friendly. Great activity

Great Boat, Unexpected Travel Time - Enjoyable 2.5-3 hours on the water. No rushed experience. Rest of time is commuting to/from boat and waiting for other locations to arrive. Overall ~6 hour day.

Disappointment - I really expected a better experience with this tour. Firstly, the tour coordinator was extremely rude to me when I questioned the pick up location. When I booked, I put my pick up location as the hotel zone. This prompted a message that said pick up for hotel zone is at Kore Hotel. The tour company reached out and said I had not confirmed my trip. I did not receive a confirmation request since I booked the trip 3 months prior. The tour is over 100$ why would I just not show up? The tour agent said “you are telling us this in the last minute?” The tour company tried to tell me they could not arrange to pick up me at the correct location. Just very rude responses from the company. The tour itself was ok. The water is pretty but rough. The snorkeling was a huge let down and felt very rushed. The guide was ushering use back onto the boat 10 minutes after we got out in the water. The provided meal was a lot of different foods, but nothing traditional or good? At the end of the trip we stopped at a shallow area with other boats to hang out for about an hour. It was fun but not a pretty place or clean water. Positive? The bar tender “Horse” was incredibly friendly and really turned the trip around. Overall, I would absolutely not take this tour again and I would not recommend it to anyone who values their money.

Poor service and rude staff - I booked a boat excursion with this company and they cancelled the night before - stating that the harbour was closed (which it wasn’t). They also offered to provide a taxi to airport which I explored. They wanted copies of passports for some reason and when I asked to clarify, they were very rude and sarcastic. Overall very poor experience and they seemed very scammy. I would recommend trying another company as I’m still trying to get my refund for the initial boat excursion.
