- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Infants and Children weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) who board a seatbelt equipped vehicle are required to ride in an approved CMVSS car seat supplied by the child’s parent or caregiver, and be secured to the vehicle using the seatbelt (lap belt).

Convenience makes this a winner. - If you're looking for the easiest way to travel to Victoria, then this is the way to go. This bus gets favorable entry and exit from the ferry, which gets you on and off faster than most other passengers. The guides even dropped us off at stops close to our hotel upon our return, which made it a short walk back.

Bus Transfer great start to Victoria visit - The Bus had people in the terminal that we found easily. We waited there for the bus, then were escorted to the bus. The trip was pleasant and the driver told us about our trip and what to expect.
The transfer stops briefly at the bus depot for pickups, then makes it way to the Ferry terminal. The bus parks on the ferry and travelers exit to enjoy the ferry's seats inside and out, and to purchase food and drink. The trip was very pleasant. We boarded the bus prior to the ferry's landing, then took the drive to Vancouver. Each bus segment was about 40 minutes. Overall an enjoyable transfer, almost like a tour.

Rescued in Vancouver - THANK YOU DRIVER ED! Thank you, Wilsons!
Due to the Koningsdam throwing us a huge curveball during disembarkation, we missed our scheduled bus at 8:55 in the morning. Friends of ours did make it and they said the driver waited as long as he could but had to leave to get the ferry.
We waited for 3+ hours in the cold concrete bus area, no seating, with vague information that there was a bus coming. When it did come, Driver Ed had no idea we were there and was put in a tight spot. Not sure where he had to go but he said he would be back for us and to our relief, he did come back. We got home late but we got home.
Thank you, Ed, and thank you Wilsons for being flexible.

Terrible! Viator cancelled our reservation and left us stranded! - Terrible experience! Payment was made and tickets were downloaded BUT our reservation had been cancelled and our names were not on the list for the shuttle to the bus depot!! We were left to carry luggage from the terminal to the street frantically looking for the BC Ferries representative and meeting place. We had to pay for taxis to take us to the bus depot and then found the BC Ferries representative that had dismissed us earlier. We were eventually able to get on the correct bus. This was a very difficult situation for 5 seniors carrying heavy luggage.
