Mozart string quartet concert - perfect location. acoustics exceptional. up close and personal. would highly recommend this one although it was difficult to find as directions were not good. Go to find venue first as it was difficult to find. Plus was that we got to see lots of central Vienna whilst looking.

Lovely concert - We really enjoyed this concert and the environment. It was air conditioned too which was a major plus on a 95 degree day! The musicians were fabulous and even if you are not a big orchestra fan this was still a great time.

Fabulous concert! - I loved that we were in an intimate setting. The acoustics were great. I highly recommend sitting in the front row where you can see the musicians play. Part of the reason we chose this concert was because the venue had air conditioning, and it was where Mozart lived and performed. The seats were comfortable. The musicians played with passion, and I enjoyed the selection of pieces by different composers. I especially enjoyed it when the musicians talked about each musical piece. This concert is for great for families, those who enjoy classical music and professional musicians.

sit anywhere in this small room - There’s absolutely no reason to pay more money for section A. it’s a very small room and the sound is good from anywhere. We paid highest price for section A and was placed in row 3. We could barely see the 4 musicians. The reviews said if you get there early you can be seated closer to front we were there there 40 minutes early and they had arranged the rows already.. They packed you in there like a can of sardines. There was barely any room to move. The musicians were wonderful and really enjoyed the music but the seating, paying more for the most expensive seats really was a let down

There are other options - The organisation is poor. I paid extra for good seats and duly expected good views of all the musicians. It turned out to be essentially free-for-all seating (you are not given a seat number, only a row number) and ended up only being able to see the 1st violinist for the entire performance. The musicians were fantastic but they were let done by the organisation and desire to cram as many people as possible into a relatively small room. At intermission I purchased a soft drink . The attendant did not have a bottle opener so attempted to open it using another bottle. I offered to do this but he declined the offer. He ended up spraying me with soft drink. Overall not a great night. If you want to listen to some live classical music there are other options. The drawcard for this event was that Mozart had lived there for a short period of time. Probably not a big enough drawcard. Would I recommend. No.
