A company that reacts well to last minute changes - There was a last minute change with our power of arrival and our driver Andy went from Yokohama to the Tokyo port very quickly to pick us up for just an extra $28. Hours flexibility was greatly appreciated.

Another seamless Viator transfer - Our transfer from Yokohama Port to our Tokyo hotel was perfect. Despite being the most affordable transfer, every part of the experience was exceptional. The driver was on time; pre arrival messaging was sufficient and reassuring. The vehicle was clean; the driver professional. His English speaking ability was a plus. Cannot recommend more highly.

Highly Recommend - Great experience. Our cruise ship docked at a pier that was different from where we were initially told we'd disembark. Ouch. We ran over to the correct pier - worried that our driver would leave without us. Nope. He had been searching for us the entire time on foot. We finally connected via WhatsApp (we'd provided our phone numbers earlier)
Great service.

Transfer from port to hotel in Tokyo 5* - Terry was the driver that collected us at the Yokohama Cruise Terminal to transfer us to our hotel in Tokyo. On time - even when we were early disembarking - and he was very helpful with our baggage. Used WhatsApp for communicating, and it worked well for us.

Comfortable port transfers to Tokyo - Our driver was on time but did not access to port drop off area. Car was clean and tidy. Unfortunately we had a little difficulty with communication. We got there in the end.

Pick-up from Daikoku Cruise Port in Yokohama - Akito was our driver. This was his 1st time in doing this activity. He was on time in picking us up, but it would have been nicer if he had parked at the designated parking spots for private pickup vehicles at the port and had a signage with our names on it. We had to turn on our roaming to communicate with him because we can't find him.

Find a different tranport company next time. - There was a mixup on the time for this trip and for the trip from Sun Route to Yokohama. One driver was very friendly and made everyone comfortable and the other driver was very unfriendly and on this trip was screaming at someone and made everyone feel very unsafe. He spoke no English and we had to use google translate to get through to him. He kept saying sorry sorry and tried to explain it had nothing to do with us. That did not make people feel any better. It never should have happened. Also the first trip driver broke the latch or zipper on one of the suitcases by the way he through them in the van. Very unprofessional.

Ship to hotel - Our driver was a very safe driver. Other than that, not such a good experience. Despite our giving sufficient notice of a change in disembarkation time, the driver showed up at the earlier time. Then suggested we hurry to get off the ship, as he had another pickup. We got off the ship quickly and he found us through pictures we had sent via Whatsapp. No English. When we arrived at our hotel, he could not find the entrance to the hotel, and dropped us off at a rear entrance,where we had to hop over a gate and climb twenty five steps to get to the back door. To the drivers credit he did help carry the luggage up the stairs, but overall, not a good experience.

Shoddy service from operator and Viator - None. My driver never showed up. I made several call to their office and finally talked to the driver but he never showed up. It cost me general hundred dollars in fees and phone calls. Shoddy service. I now am doubtful I will ever use Viator again for they took the side of the operator after I did all I could possibly do to find the driver.
